Does this offer cover all Haier Washing Machines?
No. This promotion is exclusive to selected Washing Machine models purchased from a participating retailer within Australia and during the promotional period.
How do I claim?
You must have purchased a qualifying Haier Washing machine during the promotional dates at a participating retailer to be able to claim for the bonus 1 year supply of Surf. To claim, you must register your appliance online at www.haierlife.com.au/promotions within two (2) weeks of purchase. Once registered you will receive an unique code. You will need to write your full name, contact phone number and the unique code on a copy of your proof of purchase and mail it to: Haier Surf Promotion, PO Box 1900, Cleveland, QLD 4163. Once the claim is validated by Haier, the claimant will be sent the 1 year supply of surf.
What is the bonus that I am claiming for?
Claimants are entitled to a bonus 1 year supply of Surf which includes: for front loading machines 12 x one (1) 1kg packet of Surf front loader washing powder or for top loading machines 12 x one (1) 1kg packet of Surf top loader washing powder.
Can I have the 1 year supply of Surf transferred to a friend or associate?
Yes. You will have the option to enter in a preferred delivery address when you fill in your claim. Once this address has been entered and submitted, you cannot alter the delivery address.
If I return any of the qualifying Haier product(s) under any returns policy, must I cancel/return my 1 year supply of Surf?
Yes. All Surf products should be returned to Haier. See Terms & Conditions for more details.
I bought my qualifying Haier product before 1st December 2011. Can I still claim the 1 year supply of Surf?
No. This offer is only on authorised retailer purchases made between 1st December 2011 and 31st March 2012 on selected Haier Washing Machines- HWM1070KFL, HWM1480GFL, HWM80-1401D, HWM70-1203D, HWMP55-918, HWMP65-918, HWMP75-918 and between 1st December 2011 and 15th April 2012 on HWM80-1403D.
Do I need to physically receive the Haier qualifying appliances to register in the promotion?
Yes. You are required to submit the Serial Number(s) of your products in order to successfully register for the claim. This Serial Number can only be found on the appliance.
Can I purchase the Haier qualifying products from any retailer?
Yes. This offer is applicable to all Haier retail dealers nationally. It must be a retail purchase of A-grade or trade-seconds from any participating dealer. The purchase of the Haier washing machines must take place in one (1) transaction. Layby's will not be accepted unless paid in full within the promotional period. Layby's will only be valid if the first payment was during the promotional period.
How is the 1 year supply of Surf sent?
Your Surf will be sent via Courier.
Do I need to send in my original receipt?
No. A copy of your original receipt will be accepted. The online registration system does provide for a scanned receipt to be submitted. If you cannot scan the receipt then mailed copies are acceptable. Please ensure the copy clearly specifies the store of purchase, relevant model number, payment in full made within Australia and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to claim.
Where is the Serial Number I need to provide?
The serial number is 20 characters long and is a combination of numbers and letters.

Can I exchange the Surf for cash?
No. The Surf cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods.
I do not have a computer/access to the web. How do I claim?
You can only claim if you have access to the internet. Local libraries, shopping centres or internet cafes are some suggested places you could try to get onto the internet.
